blood flower

Drip, drip,

drips of

blood

blood

drips on me.

Only blood, it calls

for me;

only ghosts, they

seduce me.

Scarlet elixir

kisses the dust on the ground;

crimson nectar

blossoms

blooms into fuchsias, dahlias,

geraniums, roses

but for a moment

then melds into that

bloody sea in which

I drown

drown.
